Most items can be made and shipped within 5-7 business days; however, cold process soap MUST cure for a period of at least 5 weeks before use and therefore requires at least a 2-month lead time to allow for curing, wrapping and delivery.

Our soaps and skincare are formulated with skin-loving ingredients. However, we recommend patch testing new products if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

No. We never test our products on animals, nor do we permit anyone else to do so on our behalf.

Each product is handcrafted in small batches. Variations in colour, design, or texture are natural and part of the artisanal process.
