SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Flat-Rate Shipping:

  • For Australia-wide retail customers, we offer a flat-rate standard delivery fee of $14.95.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 (Australia only; excludes wholesale).​

Wholesale Orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on total order cost, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

​

Processing & Despatch:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, pending payment verification and stock availability.

  • Standard delivery via Australia Post takes 3-9 business days, depending on location.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, delivery may take longer.

Special Items – Candles & Reed Diffusers:

  • Orders containing candles or reed diffusers are sent via road transport in accordance with Australia Post guidelines.

​

Delivery Guidelines:

  • Delivery occurs on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Where possible, orders are delivered using Australia Post Safe Drop, leaving parcels in a safe location if no one is home. If delivery cannot be completed, a calling card will be left with collection instructions.

  • Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays in transit.

 

Tracking Your Order:

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery before contacting us. During peak periods, allow up to 21 days.

  • Track your order via the Australia Post website using the provided tracking number.

 

Order Collection:

  • Orders can be collected from our designated collection point by prior arrangement.

  • Select pickup at checkout and allow 2–3 business days for preparation. Collection is available Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm unless otherwise arranged.

Local Delivery:

  • Local delivery is available on select days. Choose this option at checkout.

​

International Shipping:

  • We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Change of Mind:
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including scent or design preferences.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or faulty item

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to [insert number] business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses. Orders resent due to incorrect address at no fault of ours will be at the customer's cost.

Leave in a safe place:

If the customer consents to parcels be left in a safe place if no one is home to accept delivery, this will be at the customer's request, and Harper & Bailey will not be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels as a result.
